We upload portfolios in bulk through SMARTA, the system in charge of data processing, analysis and representation based on big data and IV’s own artificial intelligence. This upload on the system allows it to automatically, while geolocating the assets, represent their location cartographically and analyse the information associated with them (value, surface area, type of asset, etc.) at a global, provincial, municipal or ad hoc level in a specific and variable area indicated by drawing a polygon on the map. Quick and precise information is thus obtained from the portfolio that facilitates strategic decision-making.

In turn, SMARTA allows contrasting characteristic information of the portfolio (value, type of asset, concentration, etc.) with the market distributed by geographical areas and type of asset.
